Launch

A launch has four steps: the token, the agent, the curve size, and the review. The wallet signs only after the review.

01Token

The token step is the public coin. Name, ticker, description, and image become the pump.fun metadata. X, Telegram, and a website are optional, and they are published with the coin when you fill them in.

The image and the metadata JSON are pinned before the transaction is built. The metadata link has to be an IPFS URL.

  • Name is 2 to 32 characters.
  • Ticker is 2 to 10 letters or numbers. The desk stores it in capitals.
  • Description is required and can be up to 500 characters.
  • Image is PNG, JPG, WEBP, or GIF, under 4.5 MB.

02Agent

The mandate is the sentence the agent has to follow. It needs at least a sentence, 24 characters. Write the condition in plain language, such as when to hold and when a buy is allowed.

Allowed actions are chosen on this step. Buy, Sell, Hold, and Lock can each be on or off. At least one has to stay on. Hold and Buy start selected.

03Size

The spend cap is the most SOL the agent may use. It has to be greater than 0. The initial buy is optional. Zero still creates the coin. A buy greater than zero is included in the same pump.fun create transaction, and it cannot be larger than the cap.

Spend cap
Greater than 0 SOL
Initial buy
0 SOL or more, and never above the cap
Creator rewards
Assigned in the create transaction

04Review and sign

The review shows the token, the mandate, the allowed actions, the cap, the initial buy, and the connected wallet. Launch stays closed until a Solana wallet is connected.

Confirming the launch uploads the metadata, then asks the wallet to sign and send the create transaction. When the signature returns, Tensora saves the agent against the new mint and opens that token page.
